Summary

VideoLight does not collect, store, sell, or share any personal data. The app runs entirely on your device. No analytics SDKs, advertising trackers, or external servers are used.

Data We Do Not Collect

• No account information (no sign-up or login).
• No contact information (email, phone, address).
• No location, identifiers, or device analytics.
• No usage analytics or crash analytics via third-party services.
• No advertising identifiers and no ad tracking.

On-Device Permissions & How They Are Used

• Camera & Microphone: Used to record video/audio when you initiate recording. The capture occurs on-device only.
• Photos/Media Library (optional): Used solely to save recordings you choose to export to your library. VideoLight does not read your library contents except to save a file at your request.
• Screen/Brightness Control: The app may adjust screen brightness locally to function as a light. This setting change is local to your device.

You can manage permissions at any time in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security.

Storage of Your Content

Recordings you create are stored locally on your device or in your Photos library if you choose to save them. You control deletion of your recordings at any time. No copies are transmitted to us.

Children’s Privacy

VideoLight is a general-audience utility app and does not knowingly collect any personal data from children. Because no data collection occurs, there is no profiling or tracking of any kind.

Third-Party Sharing

We do not share data with third parties, because we do not collect any data.

International Transfers

No data is transferred to any server or outside your device.

Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes will be reflected in an updated version of the app and on this page.
